How to Set Up an AI Agent to Engage and Convert Leads

Hustlery’s AI Conversation Agent can automatically reply to incoming leads, answer questions, and guide them toward booking or buying.

Steps

1. Go to Automation → AI Agents (or Settings → Ask AI Configuration)
2. Click Create AI Agent
3. Give the agent a name and set the communication channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or Live Chat)
4. Write your agent’s personality and goal in the System Prompt (e.g. ‘You are a helpful sales assistant for [Business]. Your goal is to qualify leads and book appointments.’)
5. Add your FAQs and product/service info in the Knowledge Base section
6. Set the agent to trigger on: Contact Created or Inbound Message Received
7. Add a Stop Condition — e.g. stop if the contact replies ‘human’ or if an appointment is booked
8. Test the agent using the Test Bot button
9. Activate the workflow
